Resources used on a daily basis:

  1. Uptime: Internal system used to gain access to tablets. Shows whether tablets are installed, online, assigned to device slots, etc.
  2. Freshdesk: Database holding all network maintenance related tickets to dispatch to FORs. Also holds historical data of all past network maintenance related tickets previously completed.

    2. 3rd Party / Field Nation View
  3. Field Nation: Field Technician system used to post work orders not covered by the internal Looma team. Can be used for all work order types such as offline tablets, re-installations, decor fixes, decor installs, relocations, and simple photo collection / survey tasks.
  4. Install Wizard / Device Setup ShortURL: Live updating URL utilized to re-download or initially download the device setup app.
