Slide 8, Decor Backer: The decor backer is double-sided. Please ensure techs are using the side that is a dark shade of red (see pic attached).
Slide 13, WiFi: Techs should always use the HT Guest WiFi or Looma-provided hotspot for configuring screens. Once the configuration is complete, techs must connect to the standard Vendor_Internet WiFI.
Slide 14, Screen Rotation: The final step in the configuration process is now "Set Screen Rotation." Techs must select "0" to set the screen to portrait mode (see pic attached).
